New Memory Heat Sinks came in.... $13.80 including shipping. 4c drop in memory temp. Now waiting on system ram cooler and second MSI R5770 HAWK

OK I removed the blue aluminum heat sinks off the top and place Chinese copper heat sinks which helped a hair on the temps and overclocking of the memory.
Now my next project is going to be lapping the cpu. Lapping is basically sanding down the cpu to get a perfectly even surface on the cpu and getting it down to a near mirror finish. Lapping a cpu can net you 2-7 degree temp difference but it voids your warranty and you could possibly damage the cpu during the process.
